Location and Public Hours of Operation

The CBP Attaché Rome Office is located on the third floor of the Mel Sembler Building at the U.S. Embassy to Italy, via Sallustiana 49, 00187 Roma, Italia.

The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Transportation Letter interviews are conducted on an appointment basis between the hours of 9 a.m. and 12 noon except Wednesdays. Appointments must be requested through InfoPass, an online appointment scheduler on the Internet.

The office is closed on weekends and American and Italian holidays.

InfoPass Appointments

Appointments can be made via the internet at www.infopass.uscis.gov. Under the country drop-down listing, select Italy. This will allow you to select an appointment at the U.S. Embassy to Italy in Rome. Please bring a printout of your InfoPass appointment letter , a valid passport, and four passport-size photographs to the appointment.
