The solicitation covers painting services for the US Tri-Mission in Rome, Italy.  The Contractor shall furnish equipment as well as managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel to perform all services as required in the contract. These requirements may change depending on funding availability in forthcoming periods. Anticipated performance is for one base period and four one-year periods at the option of the U.S. Government.
