    Description:  Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Rome, Italy will launch, via the Internet, a solicitation to cover scheduled and unscheduled maintenance services for the air conditioning system at Tri Missions in Rome, Italy.  The Contractor shall furnish managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel to accomplish all work as required in the contract. These requirements may change depending on funding availability in forthcoming periods. Anticipated performance is for one base period and four one-year periods at the option of the U.S. Government.   • S-IT700-14-R-0010 Medical Services - The Embassy of the United States in Rome has a requirement for medical services to assist the Tri-Mission Health Unit in serving the health care needs of approximate 850 patients covered under the U.S. Department of State Medical Program. The medical services contractor selected will provide outpatient primary care to include, but not limited to,: pediatrics, gynecology, general internal medicine, geriatrics, travel medicine, immunization and disease prevention programs in addition to providing the Office of Medical Services with reports of programs, activities, and statistical reports. Contractor will be expected to be on-site during regular business hours and available for afterhours consultations as needed.

    *-Must be Basic Cardiac Life Support and Advance Certified Life Support certified or willing to get the certification done if awarded a contract
    *-Must have a minimum of five years of clinical experience in their primary care specialty with at least 50% of the provider's time involved in direct patient care during the last three years
